The Rainbow Centre at Wych Elm, Harlow offers a range of facilities available for voluntary, community and social enterprise groups to use. Facilities include:
- Office space available for organisations for permanent use as a base for staff or volunteers.
- Our training room offers space for meetings or training, with a range of layout options. Additional resources including projector, screen, flip chart, paper, laptop and refreshments can be hired as required. This space can accommodate 15 -20 people, depending on the layout and has access to toilet facilities. Room hire is £15 per hour for private, statutory and non-affiliated organisations and £12 per hour for affiliated organisations.
- Hot-desk spaces are available in a communal office area which includes access to the internet and use of all facilities. Desks are available at £20 per day for affiliated organisations.
- Rainbow Services is registered as an umbrella body with the Disclosure and Barring Service and can offer DBS checks to organisations for their staff or volunteers. The current cost is £15 per DBS plus Staff – £38 enhanced – £18 standard. Volunteer DBS – Free of charge
- We have a qualified PAT tester available at the rate of £2.50 per item. Minimum number of items to be tested is 5.
- Charitable organisations and social enterprises can use the Rainbow Centre as their registered and/or postal address. There is a £5 one off registration fee. Annual cost is £60. Postal Address Service application form
