WECAN is a not for profit partnership between Rainbow Services, Voluntary Action Epping Forest and Mind in West Essex.
Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for the people of West Essex by bringing together the wide diversity and expertise of the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
